Rae returned to her roots in the Central Valley with a mission: to create a flexible, inspiring workplace for creative professionals and to elevate local media. Recognizing a gap in local storytelling, she launched Coffee Monday to share the personal and professional journeys of the Central Valley's most remarkable individuals.
